Awful kisses we encounter

In the morning, if you have a partner, you tend to get the most disappointing and forgettable kisses ever

You're both rushing around either getting ready for work or getting the kids off to school, and you end up giving, or receiving the most rushed and pathetic peck on the cheek or the lips ever

It's got to go down as one of the worst kisses you'll ever receive in your life - But you get a similar version almost every day

Here's a few of the other awful kisses you'll receive in your life...

• Your first kiss, as a child, from a grandparent, or ageing uncle - One that makes you want to rub your lips hard with your sleeve for about a week

• The first time you put your head too close to your pet dog and its tongue plans to lick your face but ends up entering your mouth - It's unspeakable

• The last kiss you get from a boyfriend or girlfriend you've just split up from - One of you is mistakenly hoping it might ignite some sort of spark that might keep you together, while the other just can't wait for it to be over
