Five charged over Liverpool flat 'fall'

19 year old still critical

 

Merseyside Police has charged five people arrested on Friday after a man suffered serious injuries after falling from a flat in London Road, Liverpool city centre.

All five have been charged with conspiracy to commit robbery and will appear before Liverpool City Magistrates Court on Monday, July 9.

They are:

Michael Pendleton, aged 35 of London Road, Liverpool

Carla Louise Shaw, aged 26 of Gloucester Road North, L6

Thomas John Knight, aged 44 of London Road, Liverpool

Leanne Ryan, aged 30 of Balfour Street, L4

Terence Carney, aged 40 of no fixed abode.

The 19-year-old male victim remains in a critical but stable condition in hospital.

The incident happened at around 4am on Friday, July 6 at the junction of London Road and Hotham Road.
