77 year old dies after 'dispute'
At 4.19pm on Monday 17th September 2012, police were called to an address in Lodge LANE in Warrington following a dispute.
A 77-year old man was taken to hospital after being taken ill but sadly died.
A 72-year-old man was arrested at the scene, on suspicion of manslaughter, but has now been released on police bail.
Enquiries are ongoing.
