‘Join the Debate’ is your chance to let your local NHS know what you think of their plans to create a healthier Warrington.
You can get involved in lots of different ways.
Let them know what you think of local NHS services today and their plans for the future, by completing the short questionnaire here.
You can also register to attend a series of ‘Join the Debate’ events in June and July.
Everyone who registers and completes the questionnaire will be entered into a free prize draw. A mountain bike, 12 months free gym membership and a spa treatment are all waiting to be won.
Your feedback will help improve the future of local health services, which in turn will mean better health and well being for everyone.
