Officers from Warrington Local Policing Unit are appealing for information following an aggravated burglary in Warrington.
The incident took place at approximately 00.45 on Saturday 11 July on Farrell Street, Warrington, when the occupants awoke to find two men within their flat.
The offenders are believed to have entered via an insecure patio door. During the incident a 21-year-old-man, who was residing at the address, suffered an injury to his left forearm that required hospital treatment. The offenders then left via the patio door and ran into an alleyway at the rear of the houses on Villars Street.
The first offender is described as approximately 5’8” tall, stocky and was wearing dark clothing and a balaclava, the second offender was approximately 5’6”, slim build and was also wearing a balaclava.
