First look inside Love Island villa

Contestants will stay looking gorgeous during the eight-week series by pampering themselves in a well-equipped makeup room, complete with £300 Dyson hairdryers.

The beautifying room has an endless supply of VO5 hair products, straighteners and full-length mirrors.

Large wardrobe space has been provided for all the hundreds of outfits likely to be worn by female members of the cast.

As the islanders make their way into the garden they will see a new seating area and cornered off private space that may play host to one-on-one chats and secret snogs.

But not a moment of the action will be missed by Love Island producers as the villa has 71 cameras – including in the outdoor shower.

Islanders make their own breakfast but a catering team are on hand to prepare their lunch and dinner.

On some occasions the cast may be asked to cook for each other on dates – or even for the entire group as Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham did last year.

The main room has seven double beds that are only separately by small gaps meaning all the islanders will be sleeping very close together.
